Excellence in Start-Up Award, FTCCI Excellence Awards

For over five decades, the FTCCI Excellence Awards have been Telangana's most respected stage for recognising the businesses quietly building the state's industrial backbone. The 51st edition, held in Hyderabad on June 9, 2026, brought together founders, industrialists, and policymakers under one shared belief: that excellence deserves to be named.

Hon'ble Minister for IT, Electronics & Communications D. Sridhar Babu set the tone for the day which stayed with everyone in the room. He spoke about Telangana's journey — from waiting for opportunities to actively creating them. About entrepreneurs who didn't wait for perfect conditions, but built, adapted, and kept moving forward. About a state that dares to dream of a USD 3 trillion economy by 2047, that wants to be at the forefront of life sciences, deep tech, and manufacturing — not just successful enterprises, but a stronger, more vibrant industrial ecosystem for generations.

That vision, and FTCCI's role in shaping it — through policy advocacy, MSME support, skill development, and now 100 GCCs targeted this year — is what makes this recognition mean something beyond a trophy.
