The Four-Legged Member of the Family Part I - Every Dog has its Day

Will a parent ever want to leave the world without passing down possessions to children (and loved ones)? No, then why would the scenario be any different for the ‘ Pet Parents “?’

From Queen Victoria’s lap to the heights of mountains even while gliding through them pets are found in the warmth of their humans.

In most cases, Owners have showered their babies with love and spoiled them with gifts. Most of them even after their death make sure that their pet(s) is taken care of, some go to the extent of passing down partial or whole property. Some VERY RICH Pets :

The \"Star Trek\" heiress left her pets more than $3 million.

Around £2.65 million (roughly $3.3 million) was inherited by the pets of Majel Barrett-Roddenberry, the widow of \"Star Trek\" creator Gene Roddenberry when she passed away in 2008. The housekeeper along with the duty to take care of the cat was also allowed to carry on living in the mansion along with a lump sum.

Fortunate Feline: Blackie, the richest cat in the world

According to Guinness World Records, the wealthiest cat in the world is a black cat named Blackie who inherited £7 million (about $12.5 million) in 1988 after the demise of Ben Rea, an antique dealer, leaving nothing for his family. He also gave additional donations to multiple cat-related charities, instructing them to look after Blackie.

The 375 Million Dollar German Shepherd: Gunther

Somewhere in Germany, there is a dog with more money than most of us could ever dream of. According to BBC News, Gunther III, a German shepherd, inherited $65 million when his owner, the late German countess Karlotta Liebenstein died in 1992. The guardian of the doggy estate eventually invested Gunther's money and turned it into $375 million which was passed onto Gunther’s son, Gunther IV. Gunther IV owns property in three countries. He spends afternoons by his     private pool. He summers in the Bahamas. He has a butler, a maid, and a limo. He lives with a team of supermodels. Gunther IV and his team of handlers have used     that money to snatch up mansions and villas all over the world (including Madonna's) and now Gunther IV is considered the world’s richest dog.

“ Every Dog Has Its Day “

Somewhere in the district of Chhindwara, Maharashtra a pet dog had been named as the legal heir of a man’s ( Omm Narayan Verma ) ancestral property. The middle-aged farmer stated that the notarized will of his 21-acre land would include not only his dog’s name but also his wife Champa Bai’s name. He further said the will was made in anger over a family feud, but the problems had been resolved now. Even though the man did not pursue the course that he originally selected, he would have found it next to impossible to do so, at least not directly.

Not Directly ?? Then Is it possible for Pets to inherit ANY property?
